Experience with all project delivery options

 OBC’s Principal Consultant Court Olson has experience with public and private owners using the  alternative delivery options of “Design-Build” and “GC/CM,” as well as the traditional project  delivery approach of design-bid-build.  Any one of these options may suit a particular project  depending on the project type, the stakeholders, the project complexity, and the required date  for completion.  In order to use alternative delivery methods in Washington State public bodies must obtain  permission from the state’s Project Review Committee (PRC) which operates under the purview  of the Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB).  In past years OBC Principal Court Olson  has successfully led four different public owners in securing alternative delivery authorizations from  that Project Review Committee.  For more specific information on project delivery options, please contact us.
